Yes the minimum order is $100

The hire period will be depend on each individual order, or as discussed.

Delivery is not included in the price and is quoted on the delivery address.

The setup fee is incorporated in our delivery fee

An invoice is sent via email and all payments are made via EFT (details will be on the invoice)

Yes, this does depend on the size of the order. The client will need to ensure all hire items are transported correctly.

If Luna Twelve are completing your delivery, the delivery time window will be on your invoice.

Yes this can be arranged, only when agreed by both parties.

A $20 fee per hour will be deducted from your bond.

Cancel anytime although a 50% cancellation fee of your order applies.

No, Hopefully in the future but at this point in time we are only servicing the Melbourne area.
