1. A minimum hire of $100 required for all orders.

  2. Full payment of items is required within 7 days of invoice being issued. Luna twelve will not deliver items unless payment is cleared.

  3. All items must be returned cleaned & dry. If items are returned unclean, a cleaning fee of $40 will be charged and deducted from the bond.

    The Hirer may cancel an order but may forfeit any hire fees paid as follows:
    (a) If booking is cancelled 4 weeks before the event date, Luna Twelve will make a full refund of any hire fees paid minus the 30% deposit paid;
    (b) Bookings cancelled or item quantities reduced 1 – 3 weeks before the event date will forfeit between 50% and 100% of the total hire fee depending on the time of year;
    (c) Bookings cancelled or item quantities reduced within 7 days of the event date will forfeit 100% of the total hire fee.
    (a) The goods shall be returned in a reasonably clean, but not necessarily sterile state or a cleaning fee may apply.
    (b) The Hirer must allow any Luna Twelve representative access to the goods at all reasonable times.
    (c) The Hirer must provide safe and proper access to and at the event site.
    (d) Prices quoted are for delivery on street level. Extra charges shall be payable for delivery to and removal from higher or lower levels. The client is responsible to check if items will fit in lifts or stairwells.  
  6. All items must be returned by due date as specified on invoice unless prior arrangements have been made. Late return fee will be deducted from bond ($40)

  7. If damage or loss occurs while in the customers care, full replacement costs will be deducted from the bond. If damage or loss inflicted is greater than the value of the bond, Luna twelve reserves the right to invoice and collect from the Customer the remaining balance required to replace damaged or lost items. If part of a set is damaged, stained or lost, the Customer is responsible for the full replacement of that set.

  8. We require all packaging materials to be returned with the hired goods including bubble warp & material covers.
    Wishing wells must be returned with key, lock & cover.

  9. All items must be removed from our props before luna twelve collect. Luna twelve team do not take responsibility for any items left on props

  10. Customer must pay all fees relating to debt recovery if damaged or lost items are not paid for within 5 days of invoice being issued.

  11. Bond money will be returned by bank transfer 3 days after hired items are returned. Customer must provide bank details to Luna twelve team.

  12. By making payment, the Customer acknowledges & agrees to these terms & conditions.
